Our company produces high quality red, deep red, white and varietal Grape Juice Concentrate.
We also produce a line of 100% organic Grape Juice Concentrate.
The origin of grape pressing
The must used to produce our Grape Juice Concentrate comes mainly from Italian grape varieties and, to a lesser extent, from Spanish ones. The musts undergo strict quality controls.
On request, we offer the possibility of selecting grape juices concentrate from specific grape varieties, taking care of the purchase and transport of the product to our plant.
Manufacturing processes
Concentration
Grape Juice Concentrate is obtained through evaporation of the watery component of Grape Juice.
This process reduces the total weight of the product by around four times, which also lowers transport costs. It is therefore the first choice of our foreign and domestic customers on long-distance routes.
Aroma recovery
Our concentration process is implemented by an aroma recovery system. This ensures that the compound retains the perfect integrity of its organoleptic properties, which could be depleted during the evaporation process.
Quality figures
We can count on a technically advanced industrial facility, which covers an area of 45.000 m2, with a total storage capacity of 75.000 tonnes and a capacity for storing SO2 Free products in aseptic tanks of 13.000 tonnes, to guarantee our customers constant quality and quantity over time. The diversification of the production processes, combined with high storage capacities and a solid distribution network, enables us to guarantee a constant cycle of processing and delivery of the final product, regardless of the quantity and type required by the customer.
Laboratory analyses and certifications
Starting from the selection of raw materials, to the processing, storage and distribution of our products, every process is rigorously monitored by our in-house testing laboratory and by external laboratories. We have thus obtained numerous quality certifications such as FSSC22000, la ISO9001, the more prestigious IFS and BRC, as well as Organic, SGF and Halal.

As the first industry in Europe to promote sustainable viticulture, we are proud to cooperate with FSA (Farm Sustainability Assessment) certified companies. Thanks to them, we can distribute a Grape Juice made with respect for the land and those who work on it.
