Our company produces high quality organic red, rosé, white and varietal Grape Juice for the food industry.
The origin of grape pressing
The must used for our Organic Grape Juice comes exclusively from organic vines, certified by the most important control consortia.
On request, we offer the possibility of selecting pressings from specific organic vines, and we take care of the purchase and transport of the product to our plant.
Processing and storage
The focus on quality starts even before the must arrives at the winery, so that the customer is assured of a totally organic product. During the grape crushing phase, we make sure that dedicated areas are set aside for pressing organic grapes in order to avoid accidental contamination.
Once the pressings arrive at the firm, we store them in tanks intended exclusively for organic products.
Finally, we use 2 different storage methods, both 100% natural, to prevent the fermentation process that would give origin to the wine: flash pasteurization and cold storage.
Flash pasteurization involves heating the product for a short time at high temperatures to sterilize it. It is then stored in aseptic, insulated tanks under nitrogen. This process does not allow oxygen to come into contact with the yeasts naturally present within the pressing, thus stopping fermentation.
The squeeze, once micro-filtered, is deposited in refrigerated tanks where it will remain sealed, always under nitrogen, at a temperature of 1-2 °C.
We can count on a technically advanced industrial facility, which covers an area of 45.000 m2, with a total storage capacity of 75.000 tonnes and a capacity for storing SO2 Free products in aseptic tanks of 13.000 tonnes, to guarantee our customers constant quality and quantity over time. The diversification of the production processes, combined with high storage capacities and a solid distribution network, enables us to guarantee a constant cycle of processing and delivery of the final product, regardless of the quantity and type required by the customer.
Laboratory analyses and certifications
Starting from the selection of raw materials, to the processing, storage and distribution of our products, every process is rigorously monitored by our in-house testing laboratory and by external laboratories. We have thus obtained numerous quality certifications such as FSSC22000, la ISO9001, the more prestigious IFS and BRC, as well as Organic, Bio Suisse, SGF and Halal.
