It is made of approximately 50% fructose and 50% glucose.
The grape sugar is offered in liquid form with a concentration between 65° and 70° Brix.
In the wine sector
It is used to enrich musts and wines, which are still fermenting,
as well as a sweetener in wines and sparkling wines.
In the food sector
It is generally used as a natural and high quality sweetener.
