San Gabriele has a modern internal laboratory of analysis, in order to guarantee a continuous monitoring of the authenticity of raw materials and finished products.
Since 1995 San Gabriele is a member of SGF, the European voluntary control system for processing and product security.
All our organic products are certified by CCPB Consorzio per il controllo dei prodotti biologici.

Company Information Management
All the organization's processes are managed through an integrated information system which allows to coordinate, screen and control constantly the company activity, in order to respond to the market needs with flexibility and punctuality.

Environment
San Gabriele has a depuration system of last generation to process the waste water which allows to discharge clean waters in full conformity with the current laws.
We pay particular attention to ethical values at work, to the training of our personnel, and to the safety of the environment.
