Grape Sugar
A quality sugar for quality products
Deionised grape juice concentrate
It is a totally natural product, colorless and odorless.
It is made of approximately 50% fructose and 50% glucose.
This "grape sugar" is offered in liquid form with a concentration between 65° and 70° Brix.
It is generally used as a natural sweetener in food industry for its neutral aroma and taste.
Rectified grape must concentrate
It is used to enrich musts and wines, which are still fermenting during the crop period;
it is also used as a sweetener in wines and sparkling wines.
